Common questions about pricing & billing

How is monthly billing calculated?
Billing is per active employee per month. Rate depends on your plan tier. There are no per-module or per-feature charges — every plan includes all features.
What counts as an "active employee"?
Any employee who has not been marked as resigned or terminated at the start of the billing month. Employees you offboard mid-month are not counted for the following month.
Can I save by paying annually?
Yes — choosing an annual plan saves you approximately 15–20% compared to monthly billing. The exact discount is shown at checkout. You pay upfront for 12 months and retain full access throughout.
What happens after my 7-day trial?
If you don't subscribe, your account is suspended after the trial. Your data is retained for 30 days during suspension — you can still view it but cannot process payroll or approve leave. After 30 days of suspension, data is permanently deleted.
What payment modes are supported?
Payments are processed via Razorpay — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. An invoice is sent to your registered email immediately after payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing month. Annual plans: access continues until the plan end date — unused months are not refunded.
Is there a setup fee?

How do I get an invoice / receipt?
